I am David Leschinski Ivanov, a Design Director with more than 15 years of international experience leading multidisciplinary teams across large scale hospitality, residential, and mixed use developments in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, and Spain.
My work spans the full design cycle, from early concept and operator alignment through technical design and construction oversight. I have built and led teams of up to 80 professionals, structured through discipline chiefs and project leaders, delivering complex projects with clarity and accountability at every phase.
I work directly with global operators including Accor, IHG, Wyndham, Marriott, and Ascott, balancing design intent with brand requirements. For the past six years I have led design at a leading Japanese practice, an environment that sharpened my discipline for precision, clear hierarchy, and long term thinking.
I believe great hospitality architecture is not just about appearance. It is about how a building performs, operationally, commercially, and for the people who inhabit it.
